7. WFXT
Also in Boston, Fox affiliate WFXT recently updated its newsroom set to include video walls, including two vertically mounted panels used for OTS elements from the anchor desk as well as standups. An additional, wide span of video panels off to one side gives the station the ability to feed topical graphics and updates.
8. NBC News Studio 4E
After building a new newsroom and studio on the fourth floor of its Rockefeller Plaza headquarters, NBC News further upgraded and expanded the space just before the 2016 elections.
The space, known as Studio 4E, was also used as a temporary home for “NBC Nightly News.”
During election coverage, numerous video panels were used extensively for feeding video feeds of the network’s Democracy Plaza as well as realtime graphics and charts as well as tosses to reporters.
