9 sets that rival Star Wars spaceship bridges

The ultra high tech and sprawling look of Sportsnet’s “Hockey Central” is another set design that could easily become the bridge of a starship. Although the arching beams create a solid geometric shape, the set’s main portal, an LED video wall, is housed in an organic, flowing shape somewhat reminiscent of a kidney bean, while the flared structure incorporates a raised platform with seemingly floating steps that one could easily picture becoming a viewing platform.
