ABC News’ “Good Morning America” started its coverage with its normal verbosity, using a large “Hurricane Irma: Category 5” graphic.
Anchors George Stephanopoulos and Robin Roberts were then shown at the studio’s anchor desk with the camera right video wall showing a radar loop of the storm.
Ginger Zee then used one of the first floor’s alcoves to present her report, with maps visible on both screens in the shot.
The lower thirds were the broadcast’s familiar blue background, with a radar loop of Irma in the lower left.
