A straight down shot of the stage, blended with dramatic imagery and camera moves, is used in the show’s open.
Behind the stage and tucked into a corner of the studio footprint is a curved LED video wall with sliding panels in the center that can open to allow for entrances.
Tucked behind the panels are stacks of horizontal lighted bands that, when combined with the imagery of the panels, create a tunnel-like entryway.
The large video wall, combined with lighting effects and matching graphics, is used during performances to create unique looks to match the mood or theme of the song.
Across from this is the judge’s table, a wide sleek rectangular unit fronted with the show’s logo.
