ABC’s David Muir, meanwhile, was on the other side of the globe, anchoring “World News Tonight” from in front of Windsor castle, the setting of Saturday’s royal wedding.
The broadcast kicked off by mentioning his location and the fact that many American and British eyes are focused not only on the wedding, but also the horrific events in Texas.
NewscastStudio has reached out to CBS and NBC to clarify from where the upcoming weekend editions of “Nightly” and “Evening News” will be broadcast in order to best cover the royal wedding and Texas school shooting.
