ABC News, meanwhile, used the same vibrant violet and silver color scheme it used in its previews.
The network’s coverage was presented as an “ABC News special event” under the “Good Morning America” name, with Robin Roberts and “World News Tonight” anchor David Muir hosting from an enclosed broadcast booth on one of of the Long Walk.
For its coverage, the network used an extended superlative-filled open with a female British voiceover.
ABC stuck with blocky graphics in the violet color scheme, including a bar with “The Royal Wedding” logotype in the bottom and a bug sporting a photo of Markle and Harry.
ABC’s broadcast space, meanwhile, featured matching purple and silver side walls with casual armchairs around a spread of British inspired pastries and tea.
