“CBS Evening News,” meanwhile, also originated from the same beach town, with Jeff Glor standing just off the beach with tall grasses behind him.
“Evening News” also added a special Florence graphic to its lower thirds — though its was in the center and featured textured typography for the word “Florence.”

The broadcast also added a radar loop in the lower left just above the bug.
At the close of the broadcast, viewers were treated to an aerial view of the beachfront, with the live setup Glor used visible.
