3. NBC News Signal
NBC News is on the brink of launching its streaming network NBC News Signal — and already produces a weekly newscast by the same name available on streaming platforms.
The light and bright space is a bit different than the more industrial vibe the show has been using in its various shooting locations in the network’s fourth floor newsroom, but the video walls in the space add plenty of flexibility.
The space already has faux exposed brick walls (albeit whitewashed ones) — plus the network hasn’t settled on a final look and feel for Signal, according to an NBC source, so perhaps the space could be tweaked to take on the look and feel of the streaming programming.
4. ‘Stay Tuned’
Along these same lines, NBC’s Snapchat and Instagram newscast “Stay Tuned” might find the space, with some minor tweaks, useful for its programming. Currently the show shoots either in the fourth floor newsroom or from on location.
