“All In with Chris Hayes” also used the space Sept. 20, using another anchor desk with a wood front and NBC peacock “window” set up closer to the intersecting LED walls and with notably darker lighting cues.
The show opened with Hayes standing next to one side of the video arc, which displayed his show logo and teases. Meanwhile, the curved segment and corner LED walls were both used to show OTS-style graphics.
Also visible during this show was a riser with LED installed on its surface.
MSNBC is unveiling the new space in stages and some shows will continue to originate from other spaces.
NewscastStudio will have complete coverage of the new look and studio over the coming weeks.
