While ABC’s “Good Morning America” did cover the shooting extensively, it did not devote all of its tease headlines to it with the more downbeat version of its music and somber version of the announce.

At the top of the show, key facts from the story were shown on the camera left video wall, while the recently updated video panels were also used to showcase a map of Uvalde before the walk and wander floating camera shot shifted to the existing, smaller video wall showing Amy Robach on scene.

ABC World News Tonight” also originated from Texas in front of the school, though it appeared to be around the corner from where other networks were setup, but the building’s multilingual sign was still visible over David Muir’s shoulder.

The broadcast did not appear to have adopted a single, distinct look for the story.
