Announced earlier this week, Devlin Design Group will be designing 14 High Definition television sets for Sinclair Broadcasting Group.

“Sinclair selected the Devlin Design Group to create the HD sets in part because of its extensive HD experience, according to Mark Nadeau, senior director of the Sinclair Broadcast Group.”

The first two stations to launch HD in May, just in time for sweeps, will be WSYX-TV in Columbus, OH, and WBFF-TV in Baltimore.

Devlin commented to NewscastStudio today that each set will be unique, and the designs will not be a “station group standard package.”
